Confident vs. Pushy Emails [VIDEO]

There’s a fine line between being excited in your marketing email and coming across as pushy. How do you show confidence without being too overbearing?

One way to be more effective, according to CEO Kevin Gould, is to use common, informal language. You don’t have to use slang, but you should sound casual and friendly.

Another tactic is to show real passion for your company. The customer should believe that you really care about them, and be able to read this in your words. That’s much better than just bragging about your product or service.

Emails need to be carefully worded for maximum effect. For more tips on this, follow our blog. Thanks for watching!
