AdSoft Direct currently operates only within the United States. Online orders will only be fulfilled for U.S. residents.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy
AdSoft Direct does not guarantee a refund for cancelled orders. Because our process is fast and automated, it may not be possible to cancel your order. You may issue a “Request to Cancel Order” from the Track Orders screen and, if your order has not been fully processed, we may be able to offer you a full or partial refund. Any refund issued by AdSoft Direct is at the discretion of the certified account managers. There are also no returns or refunds for tangible delivered products including, but not limited to, business cards, letterhead/envelopes, brochures, and folders.
